Our Approach
Bespoke. Measurable. Audience-first.
There’s no such thing as a standard campaign at Ad-Diversity.
Every media plan we produce starts with a clear-eyed, fresh-page look at who the client needs to reach, what they need to say, and where they’re most likely to be heard. From there, we build – channel by channel, format by format – until the plan is exactly right.
We begin with a thorough briefing process, getting under the skin of the campaign objectives, the target audience, the creative approach, and the budget. For clients who aren’t sure where to start, we’ll help shape the brief. For agencies bringing us a fully formed client brief, we’ll get straight to planning.
Before we think about channels, we think about people. Who are they? Where do they live? What do they watch, listen to, and move through? For multicultural and ethnic audience campaigns, this is where our specialist knowledge makes the biggest difference – understanding the media habits, cultural touchpoints and community channels that other agencies would overlook.
With a clear audience picture, we map the most effective and cost-efficient channels to reach them. That might be a mix of roadside OOH and community radio. It might be programmatic display and connected TV. It might be the London Underground combined with digital audio on Spotify. The plan is built around the objective, not around what’s easy to buy.
We plan and buy in-house. That means a direct, transparent relationship with media owners, no unnecessary intermediaries, and buying that’s negotiated to maximise the value of every pound spent. For agency clients, we handle the buying process end-to-end, reporting back in whatever format works for your team.
Campaigns are tracked throughout. We provide clear, straightforward reporting on delivery, performance and reach and, where live channels allow for it, we optimise in-flight to make the most of the budget. Post-campaign, we provide a full debrief and recommendations for what to do next.
